Suzuki QR Receiving system

The aim of the QR Receiving system is to support and improve the workflows of delivery procedures by reducing the internal logistics of freight truck products at the Hungarian Suzuki (MSC) plant (unloaded where it is used) and by simplifying the product acceptance process.

Most incoming goods have QR codes that are read and validated through the QR Receiving mobile app in the company’s internal system. At the appropriate gate, all incoming goods are registered based on a QR code and a summary warehouse receipt is printed. Our development covers cases where incoming goods do not have a damaged, defective or duplicated QR code. In addition, we create a pallet management function that facilitates the collection of packages with the appropriate QR label per pallet. Palette management functions: create, edit / expand, remove. Our development package also includes scanning and printing labels.
