As a Project Manager, your job will be leading a group on fast-paced projects to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
Responsibilities would include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

Your main responsibilities would include:
- Providing solutions effectively in accordance with client requirements
- Leading and coordinate the development of the project implementation and applications and as well manage consulting activities
- Handling and document all communication with Clients and with the project team (meeting memo) in a continuously maintained and detailed file
- The Project Manager must:
- Approve and contribute the billing process
- Prepare/update/maintain project plan
- Ensure that the project plans are realistic and can be followed
- Make sure that project deliverables are performed according to the expectations before the deadline
- Continuously review the resource plan and schedule of project implementation
- Give value to the project, make sure that billing is on time
- Providing the full documentation of the projects
- Planning the project meetings and communicate the status of the project, track the mutually approved action plan
- Keeping control of the project’s status, define an action plan and approve the finished work
- Solving problems raised by the client or team member(s) to prevent exceeding due dates and planned financial limits
- Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results
- Helping to create the client-related business documentation (license, maintenance, and support contracts)
- Helping and supporting invoicing and collections process
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of IT or Business or Economics
- Software development background is required
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software implementations
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies – Waterfall and Agile knowledge is required
- Native knowledge of Japanese and intermediate knowledge of English is required, both written and oral
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Be able to lead multiple projects in parallel
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details
- Project management certification is an advantage (e.g. PMP, SCRUM)
